Parish Council
Being that our Mayors would be in charge of the Parish's day to day business, we propose that the Parish Councillors would act only as the community's advocate. They would not have any control over any finance concerning the Parish other than their office budgets. The amount of Advocates would be determined by the amount of residents living in each Parish. This must be approved by the Governor of the respective county.
